Career Objectives

I have twenty years of computing experience with thirteen years as a professional working in IT/MIS and as a programmer. My experience includes UNIX/Windows system administration and programming, network security management, web administration and programming, and systems architecture. I am a self starter with an insatiable appetite for learning.

I am currently pursuing my BS/MS in Computer Science with an interest in wearable computing, pervasive computing, and human-machine interfaces.

It is my sincere hope and desire to be able to capitalize on my skills and experience with a compatible organization while pursuing my BS/MS in Computer Science over the next several years.

Responsible for supporting 2.2 million registered StarWars fans providing access to StarWars marketing, historical, and collectors content, as well as StarWars forums.

Provided technical expertise to integrate and support several key open source and near open source technologies (Apache web server, Apache Jakarta Java tools, Apache XML tools, TEA templates, Resin application server, and Jive Forum) within the Lucas Online computing infrastructure.
